mightttttt be the cutest thing anyone’s ever said to me.. :$ uhhhm, the answer is ; drink tons of water, like chug it. it helps your body process the fat in your food better. eat salad with everything ! absolutely no junk food. (goldfish are a great snack because they come in sick flavours and taste like junk food but theyre like 100 cals for 50 of them so theyre satisfying ) always walk and never take the escalator or elevator. if youre sitting on the couch, lift your legs up straight and hold it. get an ab workout in whenever you can . the treadmill on incline is the best cardio workout and run in 30 second - 1 minute intervals of sprinting, jogging, and a brisk walk for atleast 45 mins. losing weight is deff alot of commitement but nothing tastes as good as skinny feels. im all down to answer ANY and all workout/ health questions. i love that shit because i have body issues due to my terrible past. its not easy living in our world when you’re a girl. thin is everything these days. just be healthy, STRONG is the new beautiful. :) if you’re down for a workout plan or anything, i worked at 2 gyms as a nutritionist and personal trainer asst.
